It was also found that people who consumed beer and more than three glasses of wine did not have the same protection against barrett’s esophagus. This makes the association of wine and esophageal cancer very clearly.
Barrett’s esophagus is a condition that affects nearly five percent of the total population and it occurs due to acid reflux or heartburn resulting in the damage of the esophagus’s lining permanently.
