| Order-Matic, a leader in the manufacturing of restaurant communications equipment, displayed a wide selection of innovative Point of Sale communication solutions, signage and graphics at the annual Oklahoma Restaurant Association (ORA) Convention and Expo. The ORA Convention and Expo
The ORA Convention and Expo was held on September 1-2, 2010 at the Cox Convention Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This annual event is the largest trade show in the state of Oklahoma and the most important event for foodservice and hospitality industry professionals. The show featured hundreds of exhibitor booths, including an Order-Matic Point of Sale display, an opening night party, culinary demonstrations and over 8,000 industry attendees.
Highlights of the convention included a Networking Reception at Toby Keith's I Love This Bar & Grill on the evening of September 1st. The reception included cocktails, hors d'oeuvres, entertainment and great networking. The ORA Convention and Expo also hosted the 8th annual Oswalt Culinary Cook-off, where self-taught, 23 year-old Chef Tim Gardener of Broken Bow, Oklahoma competed against 11 other chefs to win first place.

Throughout this two-day event, existing and future customers enjoyed browsing the wide range of innovative products featured in Order-Matic’s booth. Their exhibit showcased Point of Sale (POS) Communication, Signage and Graphics.
