• Hot flashes can be triggered by some things. To know what these things are, you have to keep track of when your hot flashes normally occur. This will help you identify what things you do or encounter and what foods you eat during the particular times when the hot flashes occur. If you see any trend, avoid the things or food that triggers the hot flashes.
• Make sure that your room is cool enough so that when hot flashes occur, it will not be that aggravated. Stay somewhere cool so you will not feel that cold when hot flashes occur.
• You can drink cold water or juice when hot flashes occur. This will help relieve the hot feeling in your body.
Hot flashes are natural symptoms of menopause but of course, you can do something to alleviate the discomfort.
